Junction Hotel, Brinkworth - Freehold & Business

An opportunity to purchase a good little country pub in a lovely country town only 32km from Clare in the Clare Valley tourist and wine region.

A great country lifestyle with the potential to increase the trade by increasing the hours and providing accommodation. Currently the hotel trades 4 days a week from Wednesday to Saturday inclusive and only from at 3.30pm in the afternoons. There are 5 rooms that would suit providing public accommodation but the Vendors do not choose to do so. The hotel is owned by an older couple who wish to retire.

The hotel has a good sized front bar, 2 dining rooms, large private accommodation/home, rooms suitable for public accommodation, beer garden, commercial kitchen, storage and shedding.

The hotel is on a large landholding of approximately 3,300 square meters.

The hotel is located in the main street of Brinkworth. Brinkworth is a lovely country town near the Clare Valley and 150km North of Adelaide. This is excellent farming country and the town offers a kindergarden, primary school, silos and small businesses and sporting clubs.

Asking Price $179,000 + stock .

Personalised, engraved brick pavers still for sale!

Brinkworth's Street Library (above)
on Christine Bolvig's Main Street verandah has lots of books in the drawers, on the top, near the windows etc. The idea is to give, take and share as you choose. Found something to read and know there are more? Ask; she will probably have it. There is some tourist info and a drawer set aside for business info. These libraries are beloved by caravanners and this is for them as well as our community.
