Fire season: During fire season the siren will be tested at 7.30 pm every Tuesday . 

Please note: in the event of a fire threatening the town the siren will be on continuously, day or night.

Brinkworth's Street Library (above)

on Christine Bolvig's Main Street verandah has lots of books in the drawers, on the top, near the windows etc. The idea is to give, take and share as you choose. Found something to read and know there are more? Ask; she will probably have it. There is some tourist info and a drawer set aside for business info. These libraries are beloved by caravanners and this is for them as well as our community.
